1. Log in to the Client Portal(https://fxt-chn.com/en/trading-platform/)
2. Click on the [Hi Your Name] area
3. Select "Withdrawal"
4. In the pop-up window:
- Choose the account number you want to withdraw from
- Enter the withdrawal amount (minimum $50)
5. Select "Bank Wire" from the "Withdrawal Method" dropdown menu
6. Fill in your bank account details (not credit card information)
7. Add "Credit Card Withdrawal" in the Comment section
Our Cash team will review your request and verify your eligibility for a credit card refund based on your deposit and withdrawal history.
Scenario 1: First-time Credit Card Withdrawal
Let's say you deposited $2,500 via credit card, and after trading, your balance is $4,500 ($2,500 principal + $2,000 profit).
For your first credit card withdrawal, you can request the full $4,500. Our Cash team will process this as two separate transactions:
- $2,500 refunded to your credit card
- $2,000 wire transferred to your bank account
This explains why you need to provide your bank details when submitting the withdrawal request.
Scenario 2: Subsequent Credit Card Withdrawals
Suppose you initially deposited $2,500 via credit card, and your balance grew to $4,500 ($2,500 principal + $2,000 profit). You've already withdrawn the $2,500 principal via credit card refund, leaving a $2,000 balance.
If you continue trading and your account balance increases to $4,000 (all profit), even if you request a $4,000 credit card withdrawal, our Cash team will process this entirely as a wire transfer. This is because credit card refunds cannot exceed the original deposit amount.
