1. If you still remember your old MT4 password:

a. Via MT4 platform

First, click on “Tools“, then “Options“. Under the “Server” tab, click on “Change password“. From here, enter your password, followed by the new password. Finally, click OK.

Via client portal：

Log in to your customer portal, under "Account Management", find the trading account whose password you want to change, click "Change" and enter the old and new password information to change the password of the trading account.
